On the day of your party, you can expect a warm welcome from our friendly Party Professionals. We ask that you and your guests please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. All parties will start exactly on time so that we can maintain an accurate schedule.

The birthday child enjoys free admission and a singing of “Happy Birthday”, all while sitting in his or her own special Birthday Throne!

Additional kids’ entry fee is $12.50 per child (beyond the party package allotment). This includes admission to play time and party time, as well as pizza and soda. Two adults may enter for free with one paying child. Additional adult admission will be $6.25 per extra adult.

Your party includes your own dedicated Party Professional who will take care of your guest check-in, party room set up, clean up, and decorations. Party package always include balloon decorations, table cloths, napkins, cups, plastic ware, and paper plates. If you would like to bring your own themed décor, it would be our pleasure to set it up for you at no additional charge.

Play time lasts for 1 hour. Private Party time lasts for 40 minutes. You may choose to add additional play time prior to your event, but this must be arranged before the party begins.

With the exception of birthday cake or cupcakes, we do not permit outside food at Jumping Jack’s Fun Zone. However, you are free to bring in your own goodie bags for distribution after play time.

Special accommodations can be made for individuals with gluten sensitivities or other food allergies. Please share this information when you make your reservation.


On the day of the party, you and your guests will check in at our front reception area where our team of Party Professionals will help you handle the presents, cake, and other belongings. Your group will be required to sign a permission waiver before entering our Fun Zone for an hour of nonstop fun! After the hour concludes, your dedicated party host will make a special birthday announcement and invite your group into your private party room. There, you will spend the next 40 minutes eating and drinking the food you ordered. Your host will serve the food, lead the singing of “Happy Birthday”, and also cut and distribute your child’s cake or cupcakes. At the conclusion of your party, our team will immediately begin to clean up the room and help you carry out all presents and other personal items to your vehicles.

Please note:

  • A $99.00 non-refundable deposit is required for all reservations. The balance of the party cost is due at the end of the party. Hot food orders must be placed 72 hours before party start time.
  • Free party invitation postcards are available at our front desk.
  • No piñtas are permitted at Jumping Jack’s Fun Zone.
  • Unscheduled parties are not permitted. We encourage you to make a reservation online or call in advance due to space and availability.
  • Socks are required for all guests. Should you, or anyone in your party, forget them, you may purchase them for $2.00 per pair at our reception desk.
  • Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult at least 18 years of age.
  • Parties may only be booked on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. However, if you need to schedule a weekday party, please call us to speak with a reservation team member who will be happy to assist you.
  • Should you need to reschedule your party, please do so by calling our Fun Zone 14 days prior to your event. A $25.00 rescheduling fee will be charged to all rescheduled parties within 14 calendar days from event.
