Are Socks Required?

Yes. In order to help us maintain the healthiest environment, socks are required, without exception, for every person using our equipment. We have socks for sale if you forget to bring yours. If you are hosting a party at Jumping Jack’s, please advise your guests to bring socks. Nylon stockings or panty hose are not a substitute for socks.

Can adults play in the inflatables and the play area?

Adults accompanying children under the age of 4 may assist them on all equipment.

Can a guest play while wearing a cast?

In the interest of safety, any guest wearing a cast or other motion limiting medical device (splint, sling, or brace) will not be permitted to participate on any inflatable equipment.

Can I bring my own drinks?

Excluding baby bottles, there are no outside beverages allowed inside. 

Can I bring my own food?

We do not permit outside food in our facility. The only exceptions are baby formula and birthday cake or cupcakes for scheduled and booked parties only.

If I pay admission and leave the premises, can I come back later?

General admission customers not attending a party may stay as long as they would like during regular business hours, but there is no free re-entry. 

Is each guest, including adults, required to have a completed/signed waiver?

For insurance purposes, all guests must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent/guardian. For your convenience, family members under the age of 17 may be included on the same waiver.

How do I schedule a party at Jumping Jack’s Fun Zone?

It’s easy! Just give us a call at 239-514-PLAY (7529)!

Is a deposit required to book a party?

A $99 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party. The balance is due and payable on the day of your party.

How many guests can I invite?

You may invite as many guests as you would like. Our general admission prices for weekday and weekend rates apply. During birthday parties, 2 may enter for free with each paying child.

What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?

We ask that you and your guests arrive 10 minutes before your party is scheduled to begin. Please do not arrive earlier than 10 minutes prior to the party time, as there will likely be another group in the lobby.

Do I need to stay at the party?

The party host and supervising adults are required to stay at the party.

Is my party room private or are there guests from other parties present?

Your party room is completely private 100% all of the time. It is expected that you will exit the party room promptly when your party time is over. Please be considerate of the next guests in the party room, as our Party Pros need time to clean up and set up for the next party.

Can we start the party in the party room?

Because we have found that full tummies and jumping don’t mix, our parties always begin in the play areas.

Once in the party room, can guests re-enter the play areas?

Guests may not re-enter the play areas.

Can I spend more than the designated time at the play areas?

We do not allow additional play time during our regular party packages. However, please let us know if you’d like more time and we will do our best to accommodate your request. The cost will be $50 for an extra 30 minutes or $100 for an extra hour. Extra play time may not take place after your time in the Private Party Room.

Can I stay in the party room for more than 40 minutes?

Unfortunately, we do not permit additional time int the Private Party Room. We have parties scheduled back-to-back on many occasions, so another party may be starting 20 minutes after your time has ended. If a party refuses to exit the party room after their allotted time is over, we will asses a $30 fee for the first 5 minutes of overtime and a $75 fee will be charged every 10 minutes after that. 

Will there be a Jumping Jack’s Fun Zone staff member available to assist me in the party room?

Yes. One or more Party Pros will be available to assist you in your party room.

Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the party room?

To preserve the integrity of our party rooms, we do not permit any outside decorations, unless prior arrangements have been made. Please call our Party Pros at 239-514-7529 to make arrangements.

Does Jumping Jack’s Fun Zone provide party room set up and clean up?

Absolutely! We will set up the party and clean up afterwards. Please be aware that any excessive mess may result in a $25 clean up fee. Excessive mess is defined as any mess that is deliberately caused, such as throwing drinks or food.

Is it appropriate to tip the Party Pros?

Gratuities for our staff are always welcomed.

What beverages do you offer for the party room?

We offer Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, lemonade, fruit punch, juice boxes, and bottled water. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in our facility.

When should I order pizza, party bags, and other options?

A Party Pro will call you 3 days prior to your party to confirm your guest count. At that time, you will have an opportunity to order pizzas, beverages, chicken tender trays, cake, veggie trays, and goodie bags.

How much pizza should I order for the adults, and what about their drinks?

We recommend one extra-large pizza for every five adults. We will box any leftovers for you to take home. Drinks can be ordered during your party.

How many slices are in a pizza?

There are 16 “kid friendly” slices in an XL pizza.

Do you offer any other food besides pizza?

Can I purchase goodie bags at Jumping Jack’s Fun Zone?

Jumping Jacks Fun Zone goodie bags and balloons can be ordered when you order the party food. Just indicate how many goodie bags you need, and they will be ready to hand out at the end of your party.

What if I need to reschedule my party?

We require at least 14 days advance notice if you need to reschedule, and your party must take place within 90 days from the original party date. Remember that your deposit is non-refundable.
